Welcome to Play On Play, your premier choice for guitar lessons in Calgary, Alberta.

These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and our services. By accessing this website and enrolling in our music classes, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our site or services.

Registration and Payment 

Upon enrolling in our guitar lessons, you agree to provide accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process, including a valid payment method. Fees for lessons are due in advance and must be settled according to the payment schedule outlined during registration. We reserve the right to suspend access to lessons if payments are not made promptly.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact Play On Play with 24 hours advance notice regarding any cancellations to be eligible for a make-up lesson. Two makeups per teaching year are provided at the end of the year at a mutually agreeable time with the student and teacher, subject to the teacher's avaialbility, and within one month of the last day of classes before summer. Make-ups may be offered online by the teacher. Refunds are provided at the discretion of Play On Play in cases where classes are cancelled by us.

Intellectual Property

All content provided, including but not limited to lesson materials, videos, and other educational resources, remains the intellectual property of Play On Play or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce or distribute this material without prior written consent from us.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality education and an enriching musical environment, Play On Play shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of our website or services. We are committed to ensuring accurate and reliable information; however, we do not warrant that all content is free from errors. By using our site and services, you agree that Play On Play can amend these Terms of Service at any time by posting revised terms on our website.
